Vendors must arrive at the assigned check in time or they will forfeit their registration fee.

Bakersfield and its employees from any liability or responsibility due to personal or business loss from any terrorist act, act of war, natural disaster, act of God, theft, injury or death while participating in activities and performances at or related to Tribal at the Nile East meets West.
